Currently March

Saturday, March 2, 2013

I cannot believe it is March. February certainly flew by.

So here is my currently:

Listening:
Yes, I’m watching the Lorax. It is on Netflix. So I’m Making my boyfriend watch it (read he is only half paying attention) with me. Ssshhh! Don’t tell any one. I’m a big dork. But I love it.

Loving:
My Work family. I Was blessed this year to work with 2 amazing ladies. Another Teacher and Aide whom I worked with last year call me for advice from time to time. I’m glad to finally be getting together with them this coming week.

Thinking:
I’m sure you are asking yourself if I love my work family why do I need to fix my resume. Well without going into too much detail. Changes are happening in the ESC where I work. Changes, which I originally thought were going to be for the good, are not exactly what I thought they were going to be. Regardless it looks like my classroom is closing.
I love working with students with Autism and I would like to find another teaching job that lets me continue to do what I love. I’m hoping my aides can come with, but I know that’s only wishful thinking.

Wanting:
Summer Break. Why, Yes. Spring break is around the corner, but honestly, I want Summer break. This year has been stressful and I’m tired. Ready for an extended Break.

Needing:
A date night. I want to see Identity Theft and have some good Italian food. Maybe a good drink or two. I just need to RELAX

LIKE: Sarcasm. I just do. It’s fun. My sister and I are very sarcastic with each other.
Love: Silliness. I just love to be silly. Silly with my students, silly with my nieces, with my boyfriend. Silly is just fun. =
Hate: Sick. Being sick. Right now my ears hurt, my throat hurts and generally I ‘m just not feeling all that great.

So that’s a wrap on my Currently March.

I  linked up with Farley over at Oh’ boy! Fourth Grade. Head on over to link up too!

  1. I'm looking forward to the summer break too! I took a new position at my school this year and it's been a learning year. A nice long break sounds great!

  2. I can't wait for spring break. I can't start thinking about summer break yet- it will make me depressed with how far away it is.

  3. I'm your newest follower thanks to Farley's rule of 3. I can't wait for summer too! A few of us at work were just saying June 6th can't get here fast enough. I am loving your blog name, my niece is autistic and I got my start in a self-contained autistic unit. My heart belongs to these beautiful children! Come and say hello over at faithfulinfirst.blogspot.com!
